does the postal worker know that there is AUSTRIA AND AUSTRALIA?

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN SENT TO AUSTRALIA INSTEAD OF AUSTRIA IN EUROPE.
the first one is on transit since 2months, and the second one the same mistake. what do i do to get my merchandise send to me in AUSTRIA-? it was address correctly BUT wrongly sent to AUSTRALIA:

Yeah, they may make it wrong. In this case, the order won't ne successfully delivered and it will be resent to the sender finally. So you can contact the sender.
And if you need eaxt infor about the order, let me know your tracking number.
