What does "waiting for transit airline space" means?

Why is "waiting for transit airline space" for over 16 days?
I bought an item from China and on 4th November and it said "Departure from China" and then the next update was "waiting for transit airline space" on 5th November. I haven't seen an update since.Any idea where my package is? My packages tracking number is RB921310890CN

The information I found showed that the status was "Collection" on Nov 4 and on Nov 5, it was "Opening" in Guangzhou.
No information showed that it was waiting for transit airline space.
If you checked it waiting for the transit airline space, it means the parcel was ready for transitting via flight. Once there is space on the flight, your parcel will be sent out of China.
