About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

ENTERTAINMENT WORK

MY SON IS IN NANNING DANCING WITH A COMPANY. DO HE NEED A WORK VISA AND IF SO HOW LONG DOES IT LAST AND WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY ARE CAUGHT DANCING AND GETTING PAID WITHOUT IT.

Hi, your son needs to apply for a work visa and get a residence permit based on the working contract. It is illegal to work and get paid while in China on any other types. He will be fined or expelled if he is caught doing this.
