My deliveru traking info shows NULL. My tracking number is RB364884829CN

Hello, I am waiting a package from China to Romania. I have placed the order in 30 October. Can someone help me with the tracking info?

The latest status showed that the parcel was delivered to Guangzhou Baiyun airport on Nov 17. After that, the parcel will be delivered out of China.
