Can I renew my China L Visa in Korea?

I am an American who is living in Qingdao, China. My 60 days L will expire December 27 and I have no entries left on my 2 entry 6 months L.

No, as long as you hold ARC valid for 6 months or more in South Korea. As I know, you can extend your L in Qingdao without leaving if you never extend it before.
