My item status is stuck. Can anybody help me please? My tracking number is EE754305415CN

I have been waiting for my package to come to Greece for about a month. Can anybody help me please?

The latest status showed that the parcel was successfully delivered to Cananda, so I think there is something wrong for the delivering process.
It is suggested to consult the seller to ask whether you can get your loss.

Sorry for that, but it seems that there is nothing you can do but get your money back, because the parcel won't ever arrive.

I bought the item from a store called clearanceonlinestore.com and it is from China. Does anybody know anything about this site? I think I lost my money because they don't answer to my messages. Please help me. What can I do?
