Kunming International Flower Exhibition

Appreciate if anyone could share some help on the exact place of the flower exhibition ? Will the exhibition be open in January 2014 ? Is there any entrance fee ? Thanks.

According to the past experience, the festival was usually held in the KM International Conference and Exhibition Center. It usually holds in September. But I am afraid that I am not very clear about the ticket issue.
