About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

Would I still be granted a tourist visa if I have a single drink driving offence and received a fine and six month driving ban?

Yes, but I have to say that you should better not mention this when you apply for a tourist L. No one will check it out for a short stay as a tourist.
