Hi can tel me which is the best hotel that have good transport and shopping area in Shanghai. thks

I think the Grand Central Hotel is the best one, but the price is a little bit higher.
If you want some comparatively cheaper and nice hotel, I think the SSAW Hotel may be suitable.
