are tourist guide/driver/restaurant waiting persons expect tips in china/ shantou?

We are hiring a car with driver and a tour guide for our visit in ST. Do these people expect tips from us?  If so, how much or rather what is the percentage ? Pl. advise. Thanks.

Usually, in China, those kinds of people are expecting tips from not only foreigners, but also Chinese people. It is very common. However, how much to be paid depends on you. Last time, I went there with a tour group and I paid the tour guide 20RMB and 10RMB for the driver. I saw most people did so.
