Please, I'd like to know if my package is in Shanghai yet or is in transfer. RB830850626CN

I don't understand the message of China Post. In Brasilian Post the message is "posted" only... Thanks so much!

It was showed that it was delivered to Shanghai Pudong airport on Nov 5 and from then on nothing was updated.
