Can I apply chinese visa in brunei while I'm a indonesian passport holder ?

Hi. I need to get to PRC by 1st of december and I'm in brunei for teaching tennis. May I know if it's possible for me to apply in brunei while I'm a indonesian passport holder.

So you work in Brunei, right? Do you have any resident permit? If so, you can apply from the Chinese embassy there.
