From LYG Xinpu Bus Station near the local railway station, you can find the direct buses to Donghai County first. Upon reaching Donghai County, you can take local buses for Shuang Dian Zhen. The buses from Donghai to Shuangdian is frequent and the interval is around 15 to 20 minutes.
Or you can hire a local taxi to get to Shuang Dian Zhen.0
