About:China Work Visa

My Partner has a work visa in shanghai, Can I work or do i need a seperate one?

My Partner has a Family Expert Certificate and a Z type one for 12 months in Shanghai, if I have been placed on hers can I also work or do I have to apply for a seperate one?

Yes, you should apply for a separate Z type for you if you want to work legally in PRC.
