what is the best timing to visit wufenpu, jiufen & tamsui?

I will be going to Taipei in Mar 14, May I know what is the best day & best timing to visit the below itinerary?Wufenpu Wholesale MarketJiufen Old StreetTamsui old StreetAnd what is the operating hours for the above? Thank you

For the Wufenpu, it is suggested to go in September or around the Spring Festival, because many shops will have discount during that time. Most shops will open from 11:00 to around 23:00. Anytime around one year can be used to visit there, but if possible, it is suggested to avoid the holiday time. It will not close for the whole year. The Tamsui Old is OK for traveling all the year around. No time limit to visit there. You can arrange on your own plan.
