When will my love life and career start getting better? This my date of birth 01/05/81

can you tell me if the person I've been with for years is the right person for me? Will I get a promotion or change my job next year?

If you are referring to May 1st, your fortune for all aspects is getting better in the next year. Just work hard as usual, and you probably will be promoted, but it is suggested not to change a job.

And you are expected to meet the right person by the end of the year. Just be active when there is someone whom you have feelings for.

Hi no, I actually meant January 5, 1981. Can you re-advise? I am under the Monkey sign, which is why I am asking on this wall.
Will my Love live and career will change for the better anytime soon? What is the new year holding for me ahead?

Then you are suggested to stay at your current position as well and you would find your love in the next year. Just don't rush to be in a serious relationship and it is best to start from friendship.
