About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My parcel with tracking number RB786112601CN has not arrived after 2 months.

Any email address or anything i could contact to help me get the parcel? Thanks before.

Yeah, it has been such a long time, but the latest infor I can track is that on Sep. 7, it was opened in Beijing. Therefore, you's better contact your local post office or China Post ASAP. Here is the number of China Post for your convenience:
