where I can find a very good tailer or tailorshop who makes clothes in Shanghai and how long times it takes?

I suggest you go to local Shiliupu Cloth Market, where there are some tailorshops to your demand. If you are going to make only a suit of clothes, it can be made in one day, at most in two days.
