bus service from jiuzhai airport to jiuzhaigou Valley in january

hi, is there bus service available in january from airport? the flight land on 1.20pm, i saw there is another flight will land on 3.15pm, will i have to wait till 3.15pm for the bus service or there is two bus service for both landing?
