Aquarius OX looking to start up my own business next yr....how is that looking?

I've been sitting on a business plan for like 2yrs now but seems to cant find no resource (MONEY) to start it up. How is my finance looking next yr? because i really want to start it up n running by next yr. Also I've been having this feeling that i should move to a different state...should i go with my gut and just move?
