My parcel tracking number: RB947315979CN, has been on 'dispatching' since Saturday 9th November 2013, is this normal or not?

As for my other parcels the one has had a status of "delivery to airport", since 7th November 2013 and the others from 9th November 2013, If I could please ask, what does it mean by "delivery to airport".
