About:Chinese Embassy in Zambia

I am a student in Malaysia and would like to visit china during my vacation sometime next year

What is the exact procedure? As in the visa requirements

Hi, you should apply one month before travel, in Malaysia through Chinese consulate or CVASC wherever available. If you need to apply through CVASC, online appointment is required. For tourism, round-way ticket and hotel bookings are required. If you travel with any agency, invitation letter from them is required.
