well, in the region in the north is the desert. In the desert region, there are 2 deserts that are called the taklamakan desert( the sea of death ), and the gobi desert. In the taklamakan desert, the dense, hotness makes you see illusions that there is a pond of water when you are thirsty or light headed. This desert carries many deadly animals as well, so that is why it is called the sea of death. I hope this helps you:)0
