About:China Postal Service

tracking package from China. my package: RB480984678CN

My item was shipped on Oct 24th, 2013 from China. It is now Nov 13th and when I checked China Post Website, the status on the package is 'Null' and the location is 'PVG'. Please help me

The last status was on Nov., 5 and it showed that it was in Shanghai pudong airport. So the parcel maybe on the way to its destination.
