Hi , I would like to know how to go HNA@Beach & Spa Resort Haikou from Meilan airport for family of 6 ?

From the airport, you can take the shuttle bus to reach Lvse Jiayuan Station and then change to local public bus line 35 to reach the your hotel directly.
Or you may consult the hotel to confirm whether they provide the pick-up service. The hotel is far away from the airport.
