I bought a product which was dispacht last a month ago on 2013-10-10. Could you please let me know where is my package at this moment? I have checked with the local postal service in Argentina and they told me the tracking number RB305673364CN has not arrived yet to Argentina.

I just tracked and it has arrive at Argentina on Nov. 11. It will come to you soon.
