Hello!

My name is Dóra!

My tracking number is RB720176853CN. I ordered a shoe that September 30 was the Beijing airport. unfortunately has not arrived. what is the problem??

Although the online infor still doesn't change, your parcel may have been overseas of China to the destination. The online updating sometims is not so timely.

Ok.But the flying delivery 7-15 working days. My luggage is September 30 has not arrived. How can that be?

No, it won't be that fast. To my experience, it usually takes 20-30 days by air. It may be on the way to you. My suggestion is that on workdays in the next week, go to check your parcel at your local post office.
