Is HKIA cab or Airport shuttle Better?Weather

What is the best option to reach Central from HKIA for 2 people. We will have one large suitcase and a hand carry?
Is it better to take cab or airport shuttle. Is it difficult to haul our luggage on the shuttle and while searching for the hotel.
What will the weather be like in the end week of November? What type of clothing is recommended

It is suggested to take the airport express to reach HK Station and walk to Central easily.
It is easy to haul your luggages on the express line and walking on the street, so please do not worry.
The average temperature is around 20C in the end of November, so I think the T-shirt and a coat are necessary.
