Before the Bell Tower Hotel, you can find the bus stop where you can try to find the bus line 251. So you can take that line to reach Xincheng Guangchang (新城广场) Station. Get off the bus, you can see the Sofitel Hotel.
In my opinion, it is suggested to take a taxi to reach the Sofitel Hotel, because it is about 4 to 5km from Bell Tower Hotel.1
