Hello, I would like to ask If it is possible that my parcel came to Beijing on 30th of october and until now ( 11th of nov) hasn't move from there?

No, it moved. I just tracked and on Nov. 12, it has arrival at Inward Office of Exchange of your country. You will receive it soon.
