1. The abdication system was changed to hereditary system for emperors.
2. During that time, the whole China was fist divided to nine areas/states, such as Jingzhou, Youzhou, Qingzhou and Yanzhou.
3. The orginal land and tax systems as well as primitive characters were made then.
