is there any embassy or consulate i can get a new visa while im in thailand?

I am a bit confused. Will your Chinese type expire when you stay in Thailand for 12 days or your Thailand one will expire? Is your Chinese type one a single entry, double entry or multiple entries? Please specify your quesiton.

Mexican Passport, Thai Visa tourist wont expire while im in Thailand, My chinese one will expire while im in Thailand (Business type multiple entries), i see you answer to everyone that unless they have another type than tourist they cant not apply for a chinese one while in thailand im Still in shenzhen and a friend from italy and the usa just got one while having a tourist type in Thailand can you please explain how other tourist are getting one then

Document showing legal residence status is a new requirement starting from July 1, 2013 for application in a third country. So, I am afraid you can not apply in Thailand if you are a temporary tourist there.
