About:China Visa

60 day L visa for entry into China at Sino-Vietnam border

Have flight Bejing to Melbourne June 10th 2014. I will want to enter PRC on April 28th by train from Hanoi to Nanning where i have booked two nights 28th and 29th Am currently going thru process of buying train ticket but they will only issue email confirmation which will be changed to ticket when I arrive in Hanoi---my question is with confirmed train to enter and confirmed flight to exit can Melb consulate issue one

Personally, I think it's ok to apply in this way though the rule says that round-trip air tickets and hotel bookins in PRC are needed if the applicant can't provide the invitation letter. If you have a friend in PRC, then ask him to send you an invitation letter. Or some Chinese agencies issue invitation letter to foreigners. Of course, you have to pay them service charge.
