About:Hangzhou Train Schedule

Hangzhou Station or Hangzhou East Station??

I want to do one day trip to Hangzhou from Shanghai. Which railway station I should arrive between 'Hangzhou Station' or 'Hangzhou East Station'? Which station is the closet to the attractions and how far between these 2 stations? Thanks.

Hangzhou railway station is closer to the attractions, and you should arrive at the hangzhou Railway station.
the two stations are about 7 km from each other, and are connected by subway line 1 by a 30 minute ride.
