About:China Postal Service

RB752819333CN isnt showing up on tracking. Please help to locate. Thank you

I received information from seller that it got dispatched on 5th of november. And until today no information about parcel on any tracking site I have tried. Thing is seller sent 2 parsels same day and the other one is tracking fine, so why then RB752819333CN isnt? Please help. Thank you

Maybe there is something wrong with China Post tracking system. In order to make sure, it is suggested to ask the sender to help to check at their local Post Office to try to find the reason.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to contact seller but never heard back. He got deleted from eBay day after items were shipped. Is it still possible to receive a parcel if no information coming up? As I've said in previous post other item by same seller is tracking normally. It really confuses me.

Don't worry! As your package is newly posted, it usually takes 5-7 days to show tracking infor online. Just wait for several days to track again!
