About:China Postal Service

I ordered a package from China on Nov 7 2013... I paid for faster delivery via ems.

They said my package was shipped.out from the seller on Nov 8 2013. About how long from that point will it take for me to receive my package here in Nevada?

It is hard to tell. Usually, it takes about one month.
