About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Where and When should we Apply Visas ?

Dear TravelChinaguide,
I will be travelling with my wife and Son for holiday. Ticket & Hotel book on 29-Dec-2013. Currently I'm in Mumbai India, and my wife and son in Semarang Indonesia. Where and When should I apply? Where and When should my wife and son should apply the L type? Appreciate if you can send the answer to my mail : lxndr_brhmyahoo.com

Both you and your wife can apply for the L type one now. Your wife should apply from the CVASC center in your country. There are three branches in Jakarta, Medan and Surabaya. She can go to neareast one to apply for it.

As for you, you can apply from the CVASC in India if you hold work or studying resident permit. If not, I am afraid that you need to get back and apply together with your wife.
