Where is my pacel? Tracking number is RB864505652CN

I purchased an item on 6th october 2013 - it is more than 30days now.
May i know where is the location of the item? Has it reached Singapore or is it stil in China?

It may just leave China. I tracked that on Nov. 11, it was dispatched from Tianjin for overseas.
