information about the hourly transit lounge rate/cleanliness/food facilities at the Guangzhou airport?

my flight from, beijing will arrive GZ at 00.45 , i have to then take an international flight to India which will start at 8.50 am.
Do I have time to rest for a couple of hours in between ? what are best options ? COst / Cleanliness?
