can i get a visa to china, fushun, because there is delay from the chinnese government.

i got admission into a chinese university and there has been some kind of delay because the chinese government has not sent my jw202 form and im still expecting the original copy of the admission, well i have a printed copy though, so im hoping that i can still apply for it and hopefully all these necessary forms will have arrived by then. moreso, id like to know if i can still provide you with proof of authentication because sincerly im tired of waiting, the suspense is killing me, my mates are in session already. i really hope that i will get a very uplifting reply.. thank you .
