Does Shanghai Happy Valley have an off-peak season?

Does it have different opening hours during the winter, or is it the same times and price all year round?

Generally, there is no off-peak season for this attraction.
And the timing and price is the same throughout the year:
opening hours: 09:00 - 21:00 and the entrance fee is CNY200 per person.
