I buy a item from Ebay on September till now yet I receive it. Its have been almost 2mths :(This is my package tracking number: RB684978041CN

I buy an item from Ebay.com on September till now yet I receive it. Its have been almost 2mths. I am very confused with the information. Can anyone help me pls. Thanks.

The latest information online showed that it was in Zhengzhou on Nov. 5.
The information online shows that it was in Beijing airport on Oct 9, but then back to Zhengzhou in November. I think it is strange.
