About:FAQ on China Postal Service

RB045382738CN delivered to Airpaort since more than 20 days!

Good morning,
I've this tracking number: RB045382738CN, the package has been delivered to the airport since the 18 october, so more than 20 days.
at this time no other information, what can/should I do to get information? Should I call a number to get those inforamtions?

Please do not worry. Usually, no information was update if the parcel was on the way to its destination.
I think you can still wait for a while. if it does not change, you can call them to ask.
