I am planning to go GZ from Macau via ferry to Shekou Ferry Terminal (ShenZhen).
From there I plan to take subway line (SheKou Port) SheKou Line 2 -> Interchange at LongHua Line 4 to reach ShenZhen North Railway Station to catch Bullet train to GZ.

Questions:
1) How far is the walking distance from Shekou Ferry Terminal to SheKou Port subway?

2) How long is the travelling time from SheKou Port (SheKou Line 2) to ShenZhen North Railway Station (LongHua Line 4)?

3) How much is the subway fare from SheKou Port to ShenZhen North Railway Station ?

4) Do I need to book the bullet train train ticket from ShenZhen to GZ in advance?

5) Is there anywhere in Macau I can purchase the bullet train tickets from ShenZhen to GZ in advance?
