Need some help too about my two parcels

Hi,
I cant seem to find my way around so I would need some help.
I have two orders RB558064048CN and RB938734059CN and I cant find out what happened with them.

Can someone over here help?

RB558064048CN It was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport on Oct. 30 for customs check.
RB938734059CN It was dispatched from Shenzhen on Nov. 2.
