How do I get from Hk Airport by train or mtr to the L'Nina Hotel ?

The train or mtr cannot take you to your hotel directly.
By taking airport express, you can reach Tsing Yi Station first and then change to take a taxi to your hotel.
Or I think you can take the airport shuttle bus line A31 to reach Tsuen Wan West Railway Station Bus Terminus and walk to Hotel in about 5 minutes.0
