RB690456296CN has had a Null state for 22 days now, will it be delivered?

RB690456296CN is in CAN America since the 15th of last month, is there a problem

Could you please check your reply for RB690456296CN
It has Not been delivered as you say, could you give the address it is supposed to be deliver to?
Your site still says CAN NULL, no change for over 23 days now.
