What is the best way to take buses in HK with Airport Express travel pass?

- Can I add money into the Airport Express travel pass?
- is there a way i can have unlimited bus ride with Airport Express travel pass?

Yes, you can add money into the airport express travel pass and then the pass can be used as octopus card and use it on the bus.
It is impossible to have unlimited bus ride with express travel pass. The travel pass can only be used to take unlimited mtr.
