About:China Postal Service

My Ordered Package - Order # : RB685166971CN

I ordered an item from Gullei.com store with order : RB685166971CN. It says that the shipping time is 15-25, I ordered 11.10.2013 and I still didn't get package.
Its stuck in FRA since 27.10 ( 8 days ) and I wonder how did it get to France when the final destination is Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Can I have some explonation and help.

Although there is nothing new since then, your parcel is normally posted. And the destination is correct. Therefore, you have nothing to do but wait by now.
