Charges for luggage storage on Huasha?

1. What is the charges for luggage storage at Railway Station and at huasan visitor center? Is it save?

2. I am planning leave Xian early in the morning, then headed straight to Huashan. Afterwards, I need to rush back to XIAN airport, as I have bought flight ticket to Beijing depart at 8pm. Is it enough of time to spend at Huashan? Any suggestion for such a short trip at Huashan?

3. I will go to Huashan on 12 Nov 2013, will it be very cool at that time? have to prepare winter jacket?
